We limit class sizes so you get a semi-private (2 to 6 persons) session with a certified performance coach very affordably. F.I.T. blends strength, cardio and heart-pumping music for a total body workout. Each class is different for a progessive session that keeps your body challenged. Do our electric circuit of dynamic exercises combining resistance, stability, strength and kickboxing for serious muscle-confusion. Caloric expediture and boosting metabolism = Shaving off sizes.
