"I can’t speak highly enough about the training my son received from Blackline Athletic. He just turned 15 and began working with Coach Jim Tang this fall to increase speed and agility. He has always been a naturally quick and agile athlete in both football and baseball. However, as he began to grow in height, he was feeling a little unnatural and slower; unaccustomed to his longer legs. In just one intense workout this past fall, he quickly realized coach Tang’s training methods would bring the results he was looking for, allowing him to re-gain his speed and agility. While he recognized coach Tang’s workouts were likely the most intense training he has had so far as an athlete, he was excited to go each week and completed 6 sessions.
